Nails, wood chips and metal screws found in cake at "American Classic Bakery"

During my review of this cake company I came across many different lawsuits on the web that have been settled out of court. Almost all of these cases were from foreign objects being found in the cake. Some of these cases involved people who bit in to the cake and chipped a tooth or in one case where a man bit in to a piece of cake and a wood chip got wedged in to this persons mouth. All of these cases have been settled out of court for pennies on the dollar. Thanks Fernando!!!!

Why do the workers at "Fernandos Bakery" and "American Classic Bakery" not use gloves?

I have noticed in my review of the website Americanclassicbakery.com that most of the workers are not wearing gloves.( see pictures below from the website) If they are wearing gloves, they are super imposed to look like they are real gloves. Why is this? I would think that a company with over 200 employees would have very strict rules about sanitary rules and regulations. Fernando make your workers wear gloves or no one is going to want to buy your cake.
